I'm Gabrielle Lloyde. I've led change for enterprise SAP and ERP transformations, finance and HCM implementations, and large-scale workforce and digital programs across government, infrastructure, health, and technology. I've worked inside programs under independent government audit, navigated multi-stakeholder political environments, and built change approaches recognised as benchmarks for other agencies to follow.
